IMPORTANT: Keep this information and the receipt of purchased for your records.

Because PurePedic builds every bed by hand, we stand behind our product with a great warranty. This warranty covers the entire bed each and every component and design feature, without exception. Best of all, our warranty is even transferable. It’s not limited to the person who purchases the bed. So if you sell or give the bed to someone else, it remains under warranty.

This warranty does not apply to any product subjected to customer misuse, damage in transit or handling by the delivering agent, or which, in the opinion of PurePedic, has been altered or repaired by unauthorized representative in any way that affects the reliability or detracts from the performance of the product. Replacement parts are warranted for the unexpired balance of the original warranty period. This warranty does not include responsibility for the transportation or handling expenses except those specified. The forgoing is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed, implied, or statutory. PurePedic neither assumes nor authorizes any person to assume for it any other obligation or liability in connection with the sale of this product.

MOTOR, LIFTING MECHANISM AND UPHOLSTERED BASE:

•  Full 1-Year Warranty, during the first 12 months after the purchase date, PurePedic will provide in home repairs or replacement at the factory’s option at no charge provided the defect is demonstrated to be a defect in the materials or workmanship and is more than normal wear and tear. This warranty applies to all models beds (Fusion, Horizon and Evolution)
•  Limited Warranty 2nd through 10th Year, during the 2nd through the 10th year after the purchase date, PurePedic will cover full replacement warranty on parts found to be defective. This warranty does not cover the remote control. The customer is responsible to pay all service, transportation and freight costs related to such part(s). This warranty only applies to the (Horizon-Fusion models)
•  Limited Warranty 2nd through 20th Year, during the 2nd through the 20th year after the purchase date, PurePedic will cover full replacement warranty on parts found to be defective. This warranty does not cover the remote control. The customer is responsible to pay all service, transportation and freight costs related to such part(s). This warranty only applies to the (Evolution-Fusion models)
•  Lifetime Warranty, only covers the ADJUSTABLE STEEL BASE FRAME, if found to be defective. The customer is responsible to pay all service and transportation costs related to the STEEL BASE FRAME. This warranty applies to all model beds (Fusion, Horizon and Evolution)

*** Fusion Models include 10 years Prorated Warranty on their mattresses; PurePedic will prorate 40% of the original purchase prize amount, beginning from the original purchase date. The customer is responsible for pay all service, transportation and freight costs related to the mattress.
